BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Overall responsibility for the government and good order of the Village as well as for its commercial benefit, health, safety and welfare of the public. Three (3) Trustees are elected to two (2) year terms in even numbered years; the Village President and three (3) Trustees are elected to two (2) year terms in odd numbered years.
The Board of Trustees is comprised of:

VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR
Established as a separate administrative unit functioning and carrying out the administrative duties and policies of the Village Board. Administers the day-to-day operations of municipal government. Also acts as Deputy Clerk-Treasurer, Personnel Officer, Economic Development Director and press liaison as well as involved with all Village Committees/Commissions.

VILLAGE CLERK-TREASURER
Established as an appointed position as of May 1, 2007. Functions as head of the Administrative Department. Responsible for Village funds, records, elections, and other administrative matters. Attends most Village Committee/Commission meetings.
