The Village serves as a crossroads/recreational gateway to the Wolf River which is approximately two (2) miles north of the Village. The Village offers an extensive and well planned parks, trail and recreational system totaling 145.3 acres.

Alonzo Park/Hortonville Lion's Club
 | 310 E. Main Street (STH 15) 11.5 acres, est. 1974 Playground equipment, sandboxes, covered shelter with picnic tables, volleyball pits, horseshoe pits, nature trail and restrooms.

WIOWASH Recreational Access Trail
 | Lakeview Ave., 19 mile trail, 5.5 acres within Village, major pedestrian and bicycle trail, extends from Black Otter Lake to Oshkosh. Future plans call for extensions in phases to the north (Wolf River) and east (Fox Valley cities).

Plans call for the establishment of a 13 acre park off CTH TT (W. Nye St.) near the Wildwind Subdivision Development. The park will be unimproved and rustic with a nature theme.
