Noncandidacy 2024: NOTICE OF NONCANDICACY  2021 Wisconsin Act 33 created requirements for filing officers to publicly notice when an incumbent files a Notification of Non-Candidacy with their office or if an incumbent fails to file a Declaration of Candidacy by the filing deadline. This requirement if applicable to municipalities who use nomination papers and those who use caucus to nominate candidates for the Spring Election.  PAT LUND-MOE has filed her notice of Noncandidacy for the position of Village Trustee for the April 2, 2024 Spring Election on Tuesday, November 28, 2023.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Village of Hortonville will conduct the required public test of the DS200 and ExpressVote equipment to be used at the November 8, 2022 General Election.  This test will be conducted at the place and time indicated below.

This test is open to the public.
