Noncandidacy 2024: NOTICE OF NONCANDICACY 2021 Wisconsin Act 33 created requirements for filing officers to publicly notice when an incumbent files a Notification of Non-Candidacy with their office or if an incumbent fails to file a Declaration of Candidacy by the filing deadline. This requirement if applicable to municipalities who use nomination papers and those who use caucus to nominate candidates for the Spring Election.
